As a matter of fact, we need to be clear on the fact that the change of the clocks settings will not create extra daylight in and of itself but all it achieves is to cause the time on the clock at which the sun will set to be a later time. You need to as well note the fact that the adjusting of the time by an hour back and forth over the seasons as well is not as healthy for the body looking at the fact that they happen to disrupt the body’s circadian rhythm.
